  • MelCat stands for Michigan Electronic Library and searches across all academic and public libraries in Michigan
  • You can easily find books in MelCat.
  • To request materials from MelCat, you enter your WIN, school, and last name. It is automated so you it will ship to Waldo and if you need it sent to you contact us and we can ship it after it arrives 

WorldCat is a bigger catalog. It searches academic libraries around the world and is a great place for finding books and articles.  

  • You can easily search for materials in WorldCat
  • You will need to use Illiad to request the items. You will need to copy and past the information from WorldCat over to the IllIad  request form.
