Founded in 2001, The Williams Institute is a think tank associated with the UCLA School of Law and is dedicated to conducting rigorous, independent research on sexual orientation and gender identity law and public policy. Check out the sub-headings under their Research tab, including current census and LGBT demographics.
OutHistory.org is based on the work of Jonathan Ned Katz, and provides a place to discover lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender history. You can search by time period, people, places, and subjects. Also includes documents, timelines, bibliographies and oral histories.
ILGA (nternational Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association) began in 1978 and is a worldwide federation of 1,100 member organizations from 110 countries campaigning for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and intersex rights.
