Use the the advanced search in LIBRARY SEARCH to find books or book chapters about your countries.  You can combine terms in the search by using the different lines. 

For example, try the search:

1st box type:   Jamaica    Use the pull down on the left under "any field" to select SUBJECT

2nd box type:   culture
