Did you know taking study breaks can help you study better? Good study habits don’t mean hitting the books all the time. They can also include giving your brain a rest and destress so it can process all you've learned.
This guide connects you to resources available through the University Libraries and campus partners to help you minimize stress during finals so you can maximize your brain power! You will find links to streaming videos on meditation, study tips, yoga and more.
During the last two weeks of the semester, the University Libraries is providing room 3015 in Waldo Library as a space to take a study break.
Librarians and study break buddies will be available to connect and work on the social side of studying.
You will find productive distractions such as games and cards, meditation, robot petting zoo, painting, stretching, Sunny the Therapy Dog, snacks, and more!
