Pre-Law Career Information

About this Guide

Welcome to the WMU Libraries' subject guide for Pre-Law Career Information.

The following books and links provide information on preparing students for law school. However, you should not rely exclusively on this site to advise you on the application/preparation process. You should speak to a pre-law advisor in your college to get more extensive information on the application process.

The WMU Political Science Department has created a Web site called Pre-Law Information designed to help students with initial advising and access to resources. Please read carefully before consulting an adviser.

The Pre-Law Society at Western Michigan University is a collection of all students who are interested in the practice of law, or attending law school. In PLS, you will enjoy a network of like-minded students, opportunities to connect with professionals in the legal field, and chances for group study sessions for the LSAT.

NOTE: The inclusion of links in this guide which offer fee-based services does not constitute an endorsement.
