WMU Libraries are dedicated to serving students pursuing their education at WMU regional sites or through online programs at the same level as we serve those students taking classes on the main campus. Use this guide to help you navigate the databases, full text scholarly journals, e-books, and other resources which are all accessible remotely. In addition books and videos from our physical collections can be sent to your home address at your request. The Off-Campus Librarian as well as other WMU Libraries staff are also available to help you navigate the electronic resources and to assist you in finding the information you need.

Library Subject Guides
Often the best place to start on the Libraries website is the page of Subject Guides arranged by topic. The Subject Guide for your area of study includes a subject-specific collection of resources selected and arranged by the Librarian Liaison for that area. These resources include article databases, book sources, government and statistical information, and much more.
Remote access and the Bronco Net ID
If you are an enrolled student at WMU all you need to access library resources remotely is an internet connection and your Bronco Net ID and password, The Bronco Net ID is the same account you use to register online for classes or access other WMU online services.
More information about the Bronco Net ID and connecting from off campus is available on the guide for Connecting to Library Electronic Resources. This page also includes information about additinoal plug ins you may need to download, as well as contact information for the OIT Help Desk.
