The Center for Educational Performance and Information (CEPI)
Primary use for WMU students: Finding information regarding test scores for Michigan Schools. This site collects and reports data about Michigan's K-12 public schools. Our initiatives in data collection and reporting facilitate school districts' compliance with the federal No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 and the Michigan Department of Education's accreditation plan, Education Yes! CEPI is an office located within the Office of the State Budget.
National Center for Education Statistics (NCES)
Primary use for WMU students: Finding information regarding demographics for Michigan Schools. Select the tab "Data and Tools." This is a searchable site that includes statistics on all aspects of education in the United States.

Primary use for WMU students: Finding information regarding demographics for communities in the United States. American Factfinder is the major portal to census data from the most recent decennial censuses and the American Community Survey.
