Access materials 

You can place a request to have the item held at Waldo Library for you to pick up

You can request materials to be delivered

  • electronically (when available)
  • intercampus mail
  • UPS
If you live on campus
  • Library materials will be routed to WMU Central Receiving (1201 Oliver St). You can pick up your order on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9 a.m. and noon. 
  • request a hold and pick up at Waldo Library 
If you live off-campus
  • Delivery to off-campus addresses will continue as normal via UPS.
  • Once logged in to ILL, confirm your address In the Notes field confirm  We'll reach out to you when your item has been sent. All WMU students, staff, and faculty are eligible for this service.
