Services and Support

Services and Support

The core of our mission is to support students in their academic endeavors. Not only do we have 4 floors of collections, spaces, and technology, we also have dozens of experts available and ready to help.

Work with a live librarian

No matter how big or small the question, there are many ways you can get help from the libraries.

  • in person: you can stop by Waldo or Zhang for help. If you can't make it in, you can still get help, no matter how big or small the question.
  • Chat with a librarian for immediate help
  • Call 269-795-6282
  • Schedule a virtual or in-person appointment with a librarian

Refer to one of the many research, how to, or class guides

  • created by subject librarians
  • bring together the best databases and search strategies for a particular subject area or class.
  • accessible 24/7
  • APA, MLA and Chicago Citation guides
