Company Sustainability & CSR Reports
Many companies publish their own sustainability or corporate social responsibility (CSR) reports to showcase their goals, progress, and commitments around environmental impact, social equity, and ethical governance. These reports often include performance metrics, diversity initiatives, climate goals, community engagement, and more. You can usually find them on a company’s official website—look for links labeled “Sustainability,” “ESG,” or “Corporate Responsibility.”
While these reports are useful for understanding how a company wants to be seen, remember: they’re also marketing tools. Always read them critically. Ask yourself: What data is missing? Are the goals measurable and realistic? Are they acknowledging challenges or only highlighting success? Use third-party tools like news articles, CSRHub or Morningstar’s Sustainalytics to compare the company’s self-reported claims against independent assessments.
